Your duties will include delivering high-quality support to customers via email, chat, and video conferencing, conducting personalized video calls for coaching and product demonstrations, and engaging with both potential and existing customers to drive sales through personalized interactions. Additionally, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, making suitable recommendations, maintaining professional communication through email for follow-ups, and documenting customer interactions in the CRM system.
