Junior Online Mentor

As an Online Mentor, your role involves guiding and supporting individuals on their personal or professional development journey. You will conduct virtual one-on-one or group mentoring sessions, provide expert guidance and resources, develop personalized action plans, and track mentee performance. Your responsibilities also include fostering a safe online environment, staying updated with industry trends, collaborating with other mentors, and maintaining accurate records of sessions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct virtual one-on-one or group mentoring sessions via platforms like Zoom or Google Meet. - Provide expert guidance and resources tailored to the mentees" goals and challenges. - Develop personalized action plans to support mentee growth and progress. - Track and evaluate mentee performance, offering constructive feedback. - Foster a safe, inclusive, and motivational online environment. - Stay updated with industry trends and mentorship best practices. - Collaborate with other mentors, coordinators, or stakeholders as part of a program. - Maintain accurate records of sessions and mentee progress. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in mentoring, coaching, teaching, or a relevant field. - Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable using digital tools and video conferencing platforms. - Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead by example. - [Optional] Certification in coaching, mentoring, or teaching is a plus. - Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience preferred.
