Job Description

Marketing & Social Media Intern – Hindu Mythology & Puja Services

Stipend upto - 25000/month

Work Time - 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Office location - Nehru Place, Delhi

Reporting To - Founder


Key Responsibilities:

A. Social Media Content & Research

  • Research Hindu mythology stories relevant to modern problems
  • Create hook-based content ideas (Reels, Shorts, Posts)


Write captions using:

  • Fear + faith psychology, Curiosity hooks
  • Call-to-action (Book Puja / Talk to Pandit Ji)
  • Study competitors & viral spiritual content


B. Puja Knowledge & Understanding - Learn all puja types offered by the company understand

  • Purpose of each puja
  • Problems it solves
  • When & why it is done
  • Coordinate with Pandit ji to verify content accuracy


C. Influencer Marketing

Research & maintain a database of spiritual influencers

Instagram, YouTube, Facebook

Pandits, astrology pages, bhakti creators


Approach influencers via:

DM

Email

WhatsApp (if available)

Pitch collaboration ideas

Assist in onboarding influencers

Maintain influencer performance records


D. Pandit Ji Coordination

Call & coordinate with Pandit ji for:

Content clarification

Video recordings

Puja scheduling support

Convert Pandit ji explanations into content ideas


E. Talent & Team Support

Assist Founder in:

Finding content creators

Hiring video editors, scriptwriters

Shortlist top talents

Coordinate interviews & follow-ups


F. Founder Support

Work closely with the Founder

Execute Founder’s vision into content & campaigns

Daily reporting & idea sharing


3. Daily / Weekly Work Structure


Research 2–3 mythology-based content ideas

Create 1–2 strong hooks

Coordinate with Pandit ji / influencer

Track posted content performance

Build influencer outreach list

Analyze viral spiritual content

Submit content calendar

Report learnings to Founder

First 30 Days (Learning & Research)

Learn all puja services

Study Hindu mythology basics

Analyze competitors

Build influencer database

Create sample hooks & scripts


60 Days (Execution)

Publish consistent content

Start influencer collaborations

Assist in Pandit ji videos

Improve content quality & hooks


90 Days (Ownership)

Manage influencer outreach independently

Suggest campaign ideas

Help scale content output

Support hiring & team expansion
