Job Description

Role Overview: As the Hub Marketing and Sales Manager for South Asia at Hitachi Energy, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute the marketing and sales strategy for the hub in alignment with global objectives. Conduct thorough market analysis to gather intelligence on demand and supply at the hub level, identify and assess new business opportunities, and create strategic market penetration plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead all customer opportunities within the hub. Serve as the primary liaison between WCFE/factories and customers, define pricing strategy, monitor progress towards targets, and establish goals to drive performance and profitability. Manage marketing and sales budget effectively to maximize ROI, analyze sales performance metrics, and prepare reports for senior management. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, engage with them through effective communication strategies, and work closely with the marketing team.
