RESPONSIBILITIES:- * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. * Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions. * Address client inquiries and concerns promptly. * Sales Presentations and Negotiations: * Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our offerings. * Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients. * Close deals and achieve sales targets. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. * Adapt sales strategies based on market insights. * Sales Reporting and Forecasting. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities. * Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:- * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals. * Driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations. * Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. * Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a BDM profile / 1 year in BPO Background. * Any Postgraduate, MBA/PGDM (B.Tech/ M.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc preferred). * Technical knowledge in AV and Acoustic will be an advantage. * Should be open to travel across India.
