Accurately dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications. Review and interpret physician prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness. Provide counseling to patients on proper medication usage, side effects, and interactions. Maintain proper storage and security of drugs and inventory. Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards of pharmacy practice. Manage stock levels, check expiry dates, and coordinate with suppliers. Maintain patient medication history and update records as required. Support the pharmacy team in daily operations and customer service. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D). Valid pharmacy license/registration as per state regulations. 12 years of professional experience in a retail/hospital/clinical pharmacy. Strong knowledge of medications, dosages, interactions, and side effects. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work with accuracy, attention to detail, and in compliance with SOPs. Preferred Skills: Experience with pharmacy management software. Knowledge of insurance/billing processes.
