Marketing & Sales Head

You are required to join as a Marketing & Sales Head for the Real Estate sector at Raipur, CG. The ideal candidate should possess an MBA in Marketing or be a Graduate with at least 9 to 12 years of experience in Real Estate Marketing and Sales. The salary offered for this position ranges from 30000/- to 45000/- per month. Your key responsibilities will include managing and leading a team of real estate sales agents, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, providing coaching and training to the sales agents, identifying new business opportunities, and developing relationships with potential clients. Additionally, you will be required to ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards, represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities, prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts. Furthermore, you will participate in the conceptualization and launch of sales initiatives to maximize order booking for the project, evaluate market trends and competitor moves to protect existing sales and maximize future sales opportunities, ensure overall efficient resource management, drive cost reduction, and achievement of targets for the project. Your role will also involve ensuring adequate productivity of the sales staff and overseeing order booking for the project. This is a full-time job position offering benefits such as Provident Fund, a day shift schedule, yearly bonus, and requires a Master's degree (Preferred) as education qualification.
