Job Description

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a sales team to meet individual and team sales goals.

Sales Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage sales strategies and action plans to achieve company sales targets.
Client & Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client base.
Sales Operations: Oversee sales activities, including site visits, client needs assessment, and deal negotiations.
Performance Monitoring: Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts to track performance and make informed decisions.
Compliance: Ensure that sales activities comply with real estate regulations and ethical standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
