Marketing & Sales Head

We have requirement of Marketing & Sales Head for our Real Estate sector.

Location: Raipur

Salary: 40000/- to 50000/- PM

Experience: 7 to 12 Years in Real Estate sector only.

Qualification: Graduate

Brief Job Duties

• Content Creation: Create compelling marketing materials, including online listings, property descriptions, and promotional campaigns.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and new opportunities.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key marketing metrics to refine strategies and ensure effectiveness.
• Budget Management: Oversee online advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective spending.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, development teams, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Plans, directs, and coordinates the marketing of the organization's projects and/or services.
• Leads a team of branding specialist, events planners and advertising specialists to create high-traffic blog content, lead-converting resources, and shareable creative projects/events.
• Supports marketing stakeholders, including demand generation, sales enablement, public and analyst relations, community management, and channels/verticals.
• Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
