Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Program Manager with a strong foundation in marketing campaigns, strategies, and operations. The ideal candidate will have started their career in marketing and evolved into a program management role, bringing a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Chennai or Kochi Experience: 3–5 Years Responsibilities: Program Management: Lead and manage marketing programs from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. • Campaign Oversight: Collaborate with marketing teams to oversee campaign execution, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, digital, product, and other marketing departments to drive integrated marketing initiatives. • Project Tools & Workflow: Manage tasks and timelines using tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar project management platforms. • Performance Tracking: Monitor program KPIs, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in marketing operations and implement scalable processes for efficiency and effectiveness. • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams. Required Qualifications: • 3–5 years of experience in marketing and/or program management roles. • Proven experience in marketing campaign execution and strategy development. • Strong understanding of marketing operations, tools, and workflows. • Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar. • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
