As we expand our presence, we’re looking for a dynamic, polished, and entrepreneurial Marketing, PR & Business Development Executive to help grow our visibility, build meaningful relationships, and develop new business opportunities beyond the wedding season.

Role Overview

This is a high impact role that blends luxury marketing, strategic PR, and business development. You’ll serve as the bridge between our creative vision and the world driving studio footfalls, curating collaborations, securing media visibility, and developing corporate and white-label partnerships.

Key Responsibilities


1. Public Relations & Brand Visibility

  • Develop and execute cost-effective PR and marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
  • Maintain consistent communication with media, stylists, and influencers aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.

2. Collaborations & Partnerships

  • Identify and collaborate with stylists, creative professionals, and luxury lifestyle brands.
  • Curate 1–2 creative collaborations or pop-up events per quarter.
  • Build relationships with local luxury communities, clubs, and wedding planners to strengthen brand exposure.

3. Corporate & B2B Development

  • Build a database of HR heads, gifting managers, and leadership teams in premium corporates.
  • Drive consistent off-season revenue through bespoke gifting and corporate collaborations.

4. White-Label Sales

  • Identify and connect with bespoke labels and boutiques globally for white-label opportunities.
  • Coordinate sampling, pricing, and production communication with internal teams.
  • Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with partner brands.

5. Marketing Planning & Reporting

  • Plan monthly marketing activities in sync with the social media agency and the founder.
  • Track outcomes and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and partnerships.

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of experience in fashion/luxury marketing, PR, or brand partnerships.
  • Confident communicator with strong English and interpersonal skills.
  • Stylish, articulate, and comfortable interacting with HNI clients and creative professionals.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills; able to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Passionate about men’s fashion, craftsmanship, and storytelling.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a boutique luxury environment and enjoys building something from the ground up.
