What You Will Be Doing
- Initiating and refining paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) to achieve ROAS and CPA objectives.
- Developing and maintaining segmented email nurture workflows in HubSpot to enhance lead-to-MQL conversion rates.
- Designing HubSpot-based dashboards that provide actionable insights to inform strategic choices.
- Conducting weekly funnel performance analysis and suggesting prioritized, testable enhancements.
- Delivering clear performance reports, identifying trends, insights, and actions on a weekly and monthly basis.

Marketing Performance Analyst Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with managing digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta).
- 2+ years utilizing HubSpot for marketing automation and workflow design, including segmentation, trigger logic, and performance evaluation.
- 2+ years of experience using HubSpot reporting tools to create dashboards, analyze lead sources, and monitor funnel performance.
- Proven track record of enhancing ROAS or reducing CPA through direct campaign optimizations.
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $5K+ with accountability for pacing, spend allocation, and outcomes.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets—capable of modeling trends and synthesizing performance data (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
