What You’ll Do

You’ll own the full spectrum of marketing responsibilities, including:

Content & Brand

  • Create, manage, and repurpose content across channels (blogs, email, social, video, etc.).
  • Develop messaging and brand storytelling that resonates with our audience.
  • Manage content calendars, campaigns, and asset libraries.

Digital Marketing & Growth

  • Plan and run digital campaigns across paid and organic channels (social media, email, SEO, performance marketing).
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for growth.
  • Drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies.

Marketing Operations

  • Oversee daily marketing operations — from vendor coordination to reporting.
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or Google Analytics (depending on your stack).
  • Support sales enablement with decks, case studies, and collateral.

Creative & Strategy

  • Brainstorm and execute smart, fresh marketing ideas.
  • Collaborate with leadership on positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ensure consistency of voice and visual identity across all platforms.
What We’re Looking For

  • Experience:

    3–5 years in marketing, content, or growth roles .

  • Skills:

    Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation ability. Hands-on experience with digital campaigns, analytics, and marketing tools.

  • Mindset:

    Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented. Someone who figures things out, not waits for instructions.

  • Personality:

    Sharp, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
