This includes working closely with multiple external partners and internal stakeholders to produce, implement, and verify content changes on an ongoing basis that fulfill consumer needs, yet also meet formal standards for web accessibility and facilitate effective search engine optimization (SEO). As a primary point of contact for content publishing, the Digital Operations Specialist will also address the resolution to production-related content issues, field stakeholder questions or concerns, and report on key metrics relevant to the content publishing workflow. The Digital Operations Specialist will work with the Digital Product Director to coordinate the prioritization and scheduling of site maintenance efforts in light of the overall product roadmap. The Digital Operations Specialist will remain informed of digital content trends, customer experience best practices, SEO advancements, and web accessibility standards, as well as upholding brand standards. Primary Responsibilities: Manage the collection, refinement, testing and deployment of content distributed through all brand websites. Contribute to refinements within the digital content workflow. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clearly define content related requests, accurately assess their business impact, and maintain consistency. Support onsite testing and optimization of content-related campaigns as part of the broader strategy coordination with the data management and digital marketing teams. Support content marketing strategies in concert with the brand management team. Use varying analytics solutions to inform the prioritization and performance measurement resulting from pieces of content. Provide regular status reporting to managers and stakeholders. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholder.
