We are an innovative EdTech platform designed to support the learning and development of children.


Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.

• Create engaging content for social media—posts, reels, videos, stories etc.

• Support the BD team with marketing materials, presentations, and lead-generation activities.

• Coordinate branding events, school workshops, exhibitions, and outreach programs.

• Design promotional materials using Canva or design tools.

• Manage social media pages, increase engagement, and track performance.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback studies.

• Monitor campaign results and prepare weekly performance reports.


Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing (EdTech preferred but not required).

• Bachelor's degree. 

• Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing, and social media management tools.

• Ability to manage school events, field marketing, and outreach programs.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
