We are an innovative EdTech platform designed to support the learning and development of children.
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Business Development Officer located in Mumbai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships. The Business Development Officer will play a key role in expanding our reach by building partnerships, driving product adoption, and supporting the overall growth strategy.
• Identify and develop partnerships with schools, colleges, learning centers, NGOs, and distributors.
• Conduct product demos and presentations to school administrators and educators.
• Manage lead generation, outreach, follow-up, and conversion using structured processes.
• Maintain and update sales pipelines, reporting weekly progress and insights.
• Coordinate with product, marketing, and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Collect on-ground market feedback to support product improvements.
• Must have minimum 1 year business development experience in Education industry.
• Must have a 2-wheeler and laptop.
