Summary of the role : Responsible for planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns to build/promote/strengthen the companys brand image in the market. Responsibilities: Good in Content writing. Create awareness of and develop the brand. Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts. Communicate with target audiences internal teams, external customers, agencies with whom we work for brand / product promotion. Execute marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns. Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press / other media. Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns. Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts. Use social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook.) effectively to update company’s image, new product launches, special achievements, and events. Organise and execute events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions as per requirements from the Sales teams. Liaise with designers and printers and organise photo shoots. Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials. Maintain and update customer databases. Execute customer surveys as per requirements of ISO 9001, etc. Work with Sales, Engineering, and the Germany Head Office to design and print product catalogues, flyers, etc. Help Sales in vendor registrations as per customer’s requirements. Consolidate information on ‘Projects’ from project portal and communicate the information to respective regions. Skill set required: Good verbal & written communication skills (English, Hindi, any other) Strong inter-personal skills – ability to work with sales and other functional teams. Creativity Qualification & Experience: Graduate / Post-Graduate (not necessarily Engineering). A specialization in ‘Marketing’ is preferable. Total experience of 2 to 7 years, with at least 2 years in the profile mentioned above. Placement: Location of Work: ARI – Pune, India
