Marketing Manager/AM/Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute

  marketing and business development plans

  in line with hospital goals.
• Conduct

  regular field visits

  to referral doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and corporate offices.
• Organize and manage

  health camps, CME programs, medical check-ups, and community outreach events.

• Build and maintain strong

  referral networks

  to increase patient inflow.
• Identify new markets, tie-ups, and business opportunities.
  
• Achieve

  monthly and quarterly patient acquisition / revenue targets.

• Maintain and report

  daily activity records

  to the management.
• For Manager / Assistant Manager roles supervise the marketing team, monitor performance, and implement growth strategies.

• Fieldwork is mandatory

  candidate must be willing to travel locally for doctor visits, health camps, and patient outreach activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have

  experience in hospital / healthcare marketing

  (Super Speciality or Multi-Speciality Hospital preferred).
• Proven track record in

  field marketing, doctor visits, patient acquisition, and referral development.

• Should possess

  strong networking and relationship-building skills

  with doctors, clinics, and corporates.
• Comfortable with

  extensive fieldwork, travel, and outdoor marketing activities.

• Strong ability to

  achieve assigned business and patient flow targets.

• Excellent

  communication, coordination, and presentation

  skills.
• Should be

  self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.

• Good knowledge of the

  local healthcare market

  and competitive hospitals.
• Candidates from

  Ayodhya, Faizabad, or nearby regions

  will be preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, Email communication).
