It’s not just film theory — our students shoot, edit, and produce work that’s festival-ready.We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can help us reach the right students, with the right message, at the right time. ⸻ 🎯 What We’re Looking For:A data-smart, creative, and performance-driven Marketing Manager to lead our student acquisition engine. Someone who understands both the tech & creative education space, and can create sharp campaigns for a wide range of learners — from aspiring developers to future filmmakers. ⸻ 💼 Responsibilities: • Plan & manage p aid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube) with strong focus on ROI • Shape and scale our brand messaging for WHYTAP & WHY Studios • Build lead funnels and automate nurturing journeys (ManyChat, email flows, WhatsApp automation) • Collaborate with creative & academic teams to produce campaign content • Lead social med ia strategy, video scripts, reels, and influencer collabs • Track performance, optimize regularly, and report key metrics weekly ⸻ ✅ Requirements: • 3–5 years of experience in Digital/Performance Marketing • Provensuccess with lead generation in EdTech or creative education • Strong grasp of full-funnel marketing (cold traffic to conversion) • Hands-on experience with Meta/Google Ads + CRM systems • Content - sensitive: understands what kind of story converts ⸻ 🚀 Bonus If You Have: • Experience marketing filmmaking or creative courses • Worked in both B2C & education-focused brands • Can ideate content, brief creative teams, or create short-form content yourself • Familiar with AI tools in marketing or storytelling Show more Show less
