Marketing Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Gurgaon. The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing activities, including developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing content creation and distribution, and coordinating marketing campaigns. They will also be responsible for managing social media, analyzing market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that marketing objectives align with the company's goals.

Location - Gurgaon

Experience - 5+ years of Experience

Salary - Up to 10 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategies and lead 360° marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Manage branding, performance marketing, local area marketing, and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to generate high-quality leads.
• Analyse data and optimize campaigns for better reach, engagement, and ROI.
• Lead a small team and external partners (agencies/freelancers)

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Strong market research skills and ability to analyze market trends
• Content creation and distribution skills, including social media management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
