Marketing Manager


Role Overview

custodian of Therapy’s brand presence


Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital

  • Own Therapy’s voice across Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Build and manage monthly content calendars with a balance of reels, memes, interactive stories, and vibe-setting posts.
  • Strategize and run paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google) with measurable ROI.
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice across digital assets.

Team Leadership

  • Build, lead, and mentor a small marketing team (social media execs, designers, interns).
  • Delegate tasks effectively while keeping oversight on execution.
  • Foster a creative, fun, and high-performance culture within the team.

Online & Offline Collaterals

  • Oversee creation of 

    digital collaterals

    : social media creatives, ads, newsletters, WhatsApp creatives, influencer kits.
  • Manage 

    offline collaterals

    : posters, tent cards, table games, menus, event branding, and in-outlet branding materials.
  • Work with design partners to ensure collaterals are fresh, on-brand, and campaign-ready.

Community, PR & Events

  • Manage collaborations with influencers, bloggers, and PR to amplify reach.
  • Execute loyalty and WhatsApp campaigns to keep customers engaged.
  • Plan and promote weekly/monthly events and on-ground activations that boost weekday and afternoon sales.
  • Partner with breweries and F&B brands for co-branded campaigns.

Brand Building & Growth

  • Ensure Therapy’s playful and Gen Z-focused tone is consistent across all communication.
  • Spot and leverage cultural/seasonal moments to stay top-of-mind.
  • Research competitor strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.

Data & Reporting

  • Track loyalty redemptions, campaign effectiveness, and social media analytics.
  • Share insights and strategic recommendations with the leadership team.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.


What We're Looking For

  • 3 years of experience in digital & offline marketing (F&B/hospitality preferred).
  • Proven experience handling social media strategy and execution end-to-end.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a team.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics.
  • Eye for design and creative storytelling.
  • Network with PR, influencers, and F&B industry contacts is a plus.
