The ideal candidate will be hands-on throughout the end-to-end marketing process. As our Marketing Manager – Digital Transformation, you will drive strategic marketing initiatives that amplify our brand presence, attract high-quality inbound leads, and foster engagement across customers, employees, and industry influencers. You will craft compelling narratives through content, campaigns, and partnerships, ensuring our digital transformation expertise reaches the right audience with impact. Key Responsibilities : Customer-Centric Marketing Develop and execute content-driven marketing strategies—including blogs, case studies, white papers, and success stories—that highlight our expertise in digital transformation. Design multi-channel campaigns (organic & paid) to generate high-quality inbound leads and nurture potential clients. Create thought leadership content through webinars, roundtables, and industry reports to position us as a digital transformation leader. Drive engagement on digital platforms, ensuring high visibility for our offerings through SEO, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted ad strategies. Employee-Centric Marketing Strengthen internal brand advocacy through social media initiatives, newsletters, alumni programs, and culture-driven campaigns. Support talent branding efforts by promoting job postings, employee success stories, and workplace achievements across relevant platforms. Lead employee engagement initiatives, including rewards & recognition programs, internal events, and milestone celebrations, to foster a strong employer brand. Branding & Industry Recognition Build strategic partnerships with analysts like Gartner and participate in industry benchmarking programs (e.g., Great Place to Work). Organize and host corporate events, webinars, and thought leadership forums to enhance brand credibility. Spearhead efforts to enroll the brand in prestigious awards and rankings (e.g., “Top 20 Digital Transformation Companies”) to elevate market perception. Align branding efforts with CSR initiatives and industry collaborations that reinforce our values and mission. Qualifications & Skills : 8+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in B2B IT marketing, digital transformation, and brand building. Expertise in content marketing, campaign management, and inbound lead generation. Experience in employer branding and employee engagement strategies. Strong analytical mindset to track KPIs, measure campaign performance, and optimize marketing efforts. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on balancing strategic vision with execution, blending storytelling with data-driven marketing, and creating impactful experiences across customers, employees, and industry influencers.
