Brief


The Marketing Manager is a key role at QuoDeck, responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and fuel the growth of our B2B SaaS products. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the B2B software market. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, measure performance, and optimize marketing initiatives to achieve company goals.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive the growth of QuoDeck's B2B SaaS products. Define target market segments, positioning, and messaging to effectively communicate our value proposition.


  • Oversee and manage the QuoDeck brand to ensure consistency and alignment with our company vision. Develop brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and brand assets to maintain a strong and cohesive brand identity across all marketing channels.


  • Drive lead generation efforts through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, social media, events, and partnerships. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead qualification and conversion processes.


  • Develop a comprehensive content strategy to drive thought leadership and engage the target audience. Oversee the creation of high-quality, customer-centric content, including blog articles, white papers, case studies, videos, webinars, and social media content.


  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate brand awareness, drive traffic, and capture leads. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimize campaign performance.


  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, gain insights, and make data-driven marketing decisions.


Requirements for the role


• Bachelor's degree in any degrees

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

• Proficiency in digital marketing channels, content marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation tools.

• Familiarity with market research techniques and competitive analysis.

Preferred 1-2 years experience in Marketing Manager.

• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.


Fixed CTC 30K to 40K Per Month

Excellent English Communication skills both verbal and written
