Marketing Manager (Ortho & Pain Management)- Mumbai

Marketing Manager (Dermatology)- Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the assigned product portfolio, ensuring alignment with company strategies and objectives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, focusing on brand positioning, market penetration, and growth.
• Oversee the execution of go-to-market plans, ensuring the timely launch and lifecycle management of products.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Market Access teams to ensure successful product performance.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and risks.
• Formulate key product messaging, communication strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Lead the development of high-impact marketing materials and digital initiatives.
• Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven adjustments.
• Mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
