As a Marketing Manager at leading pharmaceutical companies in Mumbai/Ahmedabad, your role will involve: You will be responsible for leading and managing the assigned product portfolio, ensuring alignment with company strategies and objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, focusing on brand positioning, market penetration, and growth. - Overseeing the execution of go-to-market plans, ensuring the timely launch and lifecycle management of products. - Driving cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Market Access teams to ensure successful product performance. - Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and risks. - Formulating key product messaging, communication strategies, and promotional campaigns. - Leading the development of high-impact marketing materials and digital initiatives. - Preparing and managing marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI. - Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and making data-driven adjustments. - Mentoring and developing the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
