Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Customer Management: a) Identifying and contacting potential clients: This includes researching prospects, attending industry events, and networking to develop leads. b) Building and maintaining positive relationships with current clients: Regular communication will be key to understanding needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. c) Handling client inquiries and orders: Providing technical support, answering questions, and processing orders promptly. d) Following up on leads and opportunities: Tracking progress and ensuring timely action. e) Collaborating with the Engineering, Plant, and Production teams on New Product Development. 2. Market Research and Analysis: a) Comprehending current market trends and competitor actions: Maintaining awareness of the latest advancements in the forging and machining industry, encompassing new technologies and emerging markets. b) Analyzing market data and sales results: Identifying opportunities for enhancement and formulating strategies to boost sales. c) Providing input to the sales and marketing teams: Sharing insights from market research to contribute to improved overall performance. 3. Qualifications: Education: MBA/B.Tech Experience: 03-06 years for Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager and 06-08 years for Deputy Manager/Manager Candidate must be from Forging & Machining or Casting industry. Show more Show less
