Position: Manager – Marketing

Reports to: CMO

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote creative education and drive brand awareness.
• Maintain and enhance our brand identity across all marketing collateral, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values.
• Provide marketing guidance and support to franchise partners, ensuring they effectively implement, promote and represent our brand.
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute creative marketing campaigns every quarter that resonate with our target audience and drive customer engagement.
• Lead and monitor digital marketing efforts, including social media, website content update, email campaigns, and digital Ads to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
• Work closely with creative agency to create marketing collaterals and promotional content.
• Organize and manage promotional events, webinars and roadshows to showcase our creative programs.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and achieve business goals.
