Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a STEM Trainer, located in Thanjavur. The STEM Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in STEM subjects, developing engaging curriculum, assessing student learning, and providing support to students to ensure their academic success. The trainer will collaborate with the training center's team to enhance training materials and methods to keep them current and appealing.

Qualifications

• Expertise in STEM subjects and curriculum development
• Experience with instructional methods and pedagogy
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to motivate and engage students in learning
• Relevant teaching or training certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM, or related field
• Experience with educational technology and tools
