Job Summary

STEM Trainer

Role & responsibilities

Conduct training sessions on
STEM, Robotics, Coding, and Electronics
for school/college students.
Deliver interactive classes using STEM kits, tools, and digital learning content.
Guide students in
projects, experiments, competitions, and science fairs
.
Prepare lesson plans, activity sheets, and project modules.
Ensure proper handling of STEM kits, tools, and classroom equipment.
Maintain student records, training reports, and classroom discipline.
Coordinate with school management/academic team for scheduling and session planning.
Stay updated with new STEM concepts and technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

Good communication and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of
Robotics, Sensors, Arduino, Coding (Scratch/Python)
, or Electronics (training can be provided).
Strong interest in teaching and student interaction.
Problem-solving skills and creativity.
Ability to manage group activities and classroom interaction.
