Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into long-term business relationships for our carton box manufacturing unit. Actively search for potential clients through market research, networking, and field visits within industrial zones, packaging sectors, FMCG companies, and logistics firms. 1.Generate, nurture, and follow up on business leads to create a healthy sales pipeline. 2.Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. 3.Understand client packaging requirements and coordinate with the production team to offer the most suitable carton box solutions. 4.Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers. 5.Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements while ensuring company profitability. 6.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management. 7.Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, lead conversions, and market feedback.
