Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our retail marketing vertical from the Kolkata Head Office. This role is pivotal in driving store footfall, customer engagement, and brand visibility through impactful offline and on-ground marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in store-level retail marketing, a deep understanding of customer behavior, and the ability to translate insights into effective, measurable marketing strategies. The role requires close collaboration with retail operations, merchandising, product, and leadership teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and sustained retail growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated offline retail marketing strategies aligned with business and growth objectives
  • Lead store-level and hyperlocal marketing initiatives to drive in-store footfall, including activations, partnerships, and on-ground campaigns
  • Design and manage customer loyalty and engagement programs using customer insights and segmentation
  • Plan and oversee ATL, BTL, and PR activities to strengthen brand visibility and positioning
  • Collaborate closely with retail operations, sales, merchandising, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless campaign execution
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs and ROI, optimizing campaigns through data-driven insights
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently and ensure high-impact utilization of resources
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the retail marketing team to achieve performance excellence

  • Strong expertise in retail marketing, brand management, and offline campaign execution
  • Proven experience in driving retail footfall through store-level marketing initiatives
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, customer segmentation, and performance-driven marketing approaches
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Strong communication, planning, and execution capabilities


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6–10 years of experience in retail marketing, with significant exposure to offline and store-level marketing
  • Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, retail, or consumer-facing brands will be an advantage
