Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Mysore. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Day-to-day tasks include market research, creating marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with other departments to support new product launches. The role also involves managing the marketing budget, overseeing the company's social media presence, and ensuring all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
