Marketing Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building a customer base, and enhancing brand visibility among all stakeholders. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and launching marketing campaigns within a stipulated budget. Additionally, you will be managing both digital and in-store sales promotions and collaborating with various teams to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute monthly in-store thematic campaigns, events, festive promotions, and special days to boost sales and enhance customer experience. - Increase store footfall through local outreach, influencers, systematic advertising, and PR efforts. - Build communities through outreach initiatives targeting different institutions, children, and parent groups. - Align PoS materials with promotional objectives and ensure effective communication with customers. - Analyze market information, competitive intelligence, and research data to implement marketing plans and achieve monthly targets. - Deploy CRM strategies to build loyal customer relationships and measure KPIs such as sales, customer acquisition, and ROI on promotions. - Utilize creative thinking and innovative ideas for demand generation and sales of entire product lines. - Demonstrate proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools, collaborating with online marketing channels and agencies for customer engagement and market share. - Lead and motivate team members to achieve optimal results and meet the organizational mission of launching new stores in different markets. Qualifications Required: - MBA in Marketing or Retail Management from a reputed institute with consistent academic performance. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or consumer marketing. - Excellent analytical skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities. - Ability to speak in Tamil will be an added advantage.,
