Marketing Manager (Female Candidates Only)

Salary: ₹40,000–₹60,000/month
Reports to: Director/CEO

Key Responsibilities

1. CRM Data Utilization

• Analyze customer data to drive targeted marketing campaigns
• Improve lead conversion and client retention through smart segmentation
• Generate and present actionable CRM reports on a monthly basis

2. Team Coordination

• Lead and coordinate the marketing team on all branding and campaign initiatives
• Ensure consistent and timely delivery of marketing materials across platforms
• Foster team productivity, collaboration, and job satisfaction

3. Stakeholder Relationship Management

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, and retail clients
• Conduct client demos, showroom tours, and site visits
• Promote repeat business and grow the partner/client network

4. Campaign Planning & Execution

• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor)
• Enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads
• Ensure campaign performance aligns with ROI-focused budgeting

5. Event Management

• Organize and execute product launches, exhibitions, and showroom events
• Coordinate with the Kishangarh display center and relevant vendors
• Generate leads and ensure a high satisfaction rate for event experiences

6. Digital Marketing Leadership

• Manage SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and website content
• Enhance the brand’s digital presence in the luxury marble and tile industry
• Optimize website traffic, CTR, and search engine rankings

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: MBA in Marketing
• Experience: 3–5 years in luxury goods, real estate, or construction industry preferred
• Technical Skills: CRM tools, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, campaign performance analytics
• Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi
• Soft Skills: Leadership, creativity, relationship-building, multitasking

Pay: ₹11,403.13 - ₹56,703.24 per month
