About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s services, enhance brand visibility, and drive client engagement. You will collaborate with sales teams, content creators, and external partners to create impactful campaigns aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing goals.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments and messages on time.
• Collaborate with other teams (e.g., marketing, design, sales) to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
• Analyse social media performance using analytics tools and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve strategy.
• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, managing budgets and optimising performance.
• Conduct social media audits to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Any graduate or postgraduate 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, 
• Facebook, Twitter, etc.) 
• Skilled in short video editing. 
• Proficiency in using social media management tools (Hootsuite, etc) 
• Strong copywriting and content creation abilities 
• Understanding of social media analytics, trends, and algorithms 
• Creative in developing engaging content and campaigns. 
• Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and email marketing. 
• Analytical skills to track campaign performance and ROI.
