Marketing Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Sales and Marketing Manager to join our pre-engineered building fabrication unit. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the construction or manufacturing industry, along with a strong understanding of handling client approvals for general drawings and pre-engineered building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

2. Technical Expertise:

• Review and understand general drawings and technical specifications of pre-engineered buildings.
• Collaborate with clients to obtain approvals for general drawings and ensure all technical requirements are met.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the project lifecycle.

3. Marketing Strategy & Implementation:

• Create and execute marketing plans to promote products and services.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.

4. Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze sales data and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
• Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.

5. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering , or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the construction or manufacturing industry.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

· Strong understanding of pre-engineered building systems and fabrication processes.

· Technical knowledge of handling client approvals for general drawings.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
