We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and result-driven Marketing Head to lead and execute Proschools marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand visibility, driving student enrollments, and developing campaigns that effectively position Proschool as a premier learning destination for professional courses.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage 360-degree marketing strategies across digital, offline, and B2B channels to drive brand growth and enrollment.
Digital Marketing Leadership: Oversee performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn), SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
Lead Generation: Drive student acquisition strategies through targeted campaigns and optimize the lead funnel for maximum conversion.
Content Strategy: Lead content initiatives (blogs, videos, webinars, social media) that engage students and build thought leadership.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing team.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and report KPIs and ROI for marketing activities. Use data to improve decision-making and performance.
Product Marketing: Work closely with the academic and product teams to ensure effective positioning of programs and launch campaigns for new courses.
