About Company Proschool a group company of IMS Learning . We provide training (Offline & Online) for various courses in Finance, Accounting and Analytics at our Training Centres Pan India. Job Role: Business Development (B2B Marketing) We are looking for a motivated and outgoing AM/Manager - Business Development to help expand our footprint in the education ecosystem. This B2B marketing role focuses on promoting IMS Proschool’s career programs to colleges, corporates, and training institutes. Key Responsibilities: •Visit local colleges, corporates, and other educational institutes to promote Proschool’s career-oriented programs. •Fix and attend appointments with key decision-makers (e.g., TPOs, HR heads, department heads). •Create awareness and interest in Proschool’s offerings among students and working professionals. •Generate leads and footfall at the training center through outreach efforts. •Conduct cold calling and follow-ups on database leads. •Support center-level marketing and sales campaigns as needed. Work Requirements: •Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday). •Weekly Off: One day off during the week (weekday). •Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (may vary based on outreach requirements). •Field Work: Regular travel within the assigned local area.
