At Digilante, we’re a growing marketing agency based in Canada, dedicated to helping brands tell real stories and drive real results. We combine strategy, creativity, and execution across platforms—from content and SEO to paid campaigns and branding.
We’re now hiring a Marketing Specialist to join our core team and take a lead role in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis. This is a full-time position with set working hours in the Pacific Time (PST) zone.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll work closely with our strategy and creative teams to manage all things digital marketing across a variety of industries.
Responsibilities include:
• Planning, setting up, and managing paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
• Conducting SEO audits, keyword planning, and implementing on-page + off-page strategies
• Developing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies for client brands
• Writing compelling ad copy, email funnels, and landing page content
• Reviewing analytics reports and continuously optimizing campaigns for ROAS and KPIs
• Contributing to brand strategy, market positioning, and conversion planning
• Staying up to date with platform updates and performance trends

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
• Proven experience managing Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of SEO strategy, tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), and best practices
• Ability to interpret data and convert insights into action
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Must be available to work full-time during Canadian Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and self-directed

• Familiarity with the Canadian/North American market
• Basic graphic design or video editing knowledge
• Experience using automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot)
