We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s creative and digital efforts across multiple platforms. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, team leadership, and hands-on execution. You’ll play a key role in defining how our brand looks, feels, and connects with its audience across digital and offline touchpoints. Responsibilities: Team Management & Leadership Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team including executive, interns, and design resources. Allocate work efficiently, set clear priorities, and ensure timely delivery of all marketing outputs. Conduct daily check-ins, provide constructive feedback, and ensure alignment on goals and deliverables. Drive a high-performance, collaborative, and creative team culture. Social Media Strategy & Execution Own the end-to-end planning and execution of the brand’s social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Threads). Ideate and manage campaigns that align with brand objectives and consumer behavior. Oversee influencer marketing from outreach to collaboration execution and performance tracking. Lead and nurture strategic brand collaborations and partnerships that amplify reach and engagement. Creative Direction & Design Oversight Overlook all creative and design work - ensuring quality, consistency, and brand alignment across digital, print, and packaging assets. Collaborate with in-house and freelance designers, guiding them with clear briefs, brand guidelines, and feedback. Conduct periodic creative audits to identify gaps and elevate visual storytelling. Branding & Packaging Communication Work closely with product and design teams to bring packaging ideas to life - ensuring every product speaks the brand language. Develop communication hierarchies for new product launches and rebranding initiatives. Maintain consistency in tone, typography, visuals, and messaging across all brand assets. Shoot Planning & Execution Lead and coordinate all brand shoots (photos and videos), from ideation to post-production. Collaborate with photographers, videographers, stylists, and models to ensure the creative vision is realized. Ensure shot lists, brand storytelling, and final outputs are in sync with campaign objectives. What We’re Looking For: 3 years of experience in creative marketing, or a similar role in a consumer-focused brand (F&B/D2C preferred). Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong creative, marketing and communication skills. Proficiency in understanding creative tools like Adobe Suite or Canva is a plus (for collaboration purposes). A sharp eye for aesthetics, trends, and consumer behavior.
