About Carbon Craft
Carbon Craft is a design & material innovation startup, on a mission to fight climate change by developing various carbon-negative building materials, with tiles as the alpha product we have successfully completed 15000sqft of commercial deployment preventing 49TCO2e with early adopters like Adidas, Royal Enfield, Good Earth builders etc. MARKETING MANAGER We are seeking an enterprising, eccentric, and intellectually promiscuous person to lead Marketing at Carbon Craft. We are looking someone who is obsessed with great products, good designs, and creative aesthetics. If you spend time thinking about design & communication, community & culture and feel like your talents are not being adequately utilized where you currently are, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Development: Work on the ideation, early development & evolution of the brand identity for Carbon Craft and our upcoming projects/products, maintaining consistency across all design touchpoints while pushing the envelope on creativity and innovation.
  • Creating a Content Strategy: Create visually stunning & storytelling driven content for different mediums, including websites, tech products, marketing collateral, client decks, social media, and print– focused on different stakeholders we work with.
  • Team Building: Work with the founders on building out a tribe of creative designers, & a Communications & PR team who report to you in your team.
  • Deep Study & Fast Implementation: Stay current with AI trends, design tools, and upcoming technologies, proactively applying new approaches to improve marketing spends and efficiently tracking impact. The role involves having a distinct design perspective, combined with constantly updating yourself with new ideas from the world of innovative building materials, while also moving fast in delivering on deadlines.
  • Reading & Communications: The world of building materials is fast evolving. This requires vast reading, constantly writing out memos and planning for how to communicate our work to a number of different kinds of audiences. If you’re not fond of reading and are not adept at writing, this is probably not for you.
