Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and market presence.
• Lead a team of digital marketers managing strategic business units, while closely collaborating with the design and web development teams.
• Plan and execute ATL activities, including print, TV, radio, and outdoor advertising on demand.
• Strengthen brand presence through integrated online and offline campaigns, PR, and strategic partnerships.
• Liaise with creative agencies for campaign briefs, content development, and execution.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
• Support franchise centres with localised marketing strategies and tools to drive visibility and enrollment growth.
• Manage the marketing budget, track campaign performance, and ensure high ROI on marketing investments.
• Analyse industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor strategies to refine and optimise marketing efforts.
