Job Description

We re looking for someone who can take charge of building and scaling our brand in its early stages. This is not just about campaigns it s about shaping how people see, feel, and talk about us. The role requires a balance of creative thinking and commercial sense: someone who can drive both brand love and sales impact.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Growth team to generate leads, build customer funnels, and support sales enablement

Plan and execute campaigns across digital, retail, and offline channels to drive awareness and consideration

Collaborate with the Brand team to ensure marketing activities consistently reflect the Postcard from Bharat narrative

Manage internal and external communications, including social media, PR, partnerships, and community initiatives

Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Growth, Brand, Operations) to ensure timely execution of marketing plans

Manage marketing budgets and ensure spends are ROI-driven

Requirements

6-9 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, D2C, or food/beverage sector

Strong understanding of both digital and offline marketing channels

Ability to translate brand vision into marketing initiatives that enable sales teams

Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills

Data-driven mindset with a practical approach to campaign measurement
