Core Responsibilities

Market Intelligence
Track real estate trends, competitor actions, and buyer sentiment to anticipate opportunities and risks.
Brand Leadership
Define and strengthen the company’s brand identity across all touchpoints.
Marketing Strategy
– Develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital, offline, and experiential platforms.
Budget Management
– Allocate and monitor marketing spends to maximize ROI.
Sales Support
– Partner with sales teams to design promotions and generate qualified leads.
Customer Engagement
– Enhance relationships with buyers and investors; integrate feedback mechanisms.
Team Leadership
– Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing marketing team.
Performance & Reporting
– Establish KPIs, track effectiveness, and present insights to management.
Compliance
– Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and industry norms.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
Graduate degree in Marketing/Business; MBA preferred.
Experience:
10+ years in real estate marketing with at least 5 years in leadership.
Skills & Competencies:

Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and data analytics.
Proven track record of driving sales impact and brand growth.
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
