Architect

Roles & Key Responsibilities

• Design Coordination:

  Collaborate with external architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and landscape designers to prepare, review, and finalize architectural and working drawings, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and regulatory compliance.

• Approval Drawings:

  Liaise with municipal architects and planning authorities (PMC, PCMC, Town Planning) for preparation and submission of approval drawings, including RERA submissions, statutory approvals (Municipal, CFO), and compliance with DCR, NBC, and other legal requirements.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Act as a central point of communication between internal departments (Sales, Planning, Projects, Legal) and external consultants to deliver coordinated, accurate, and timely design solutions.

• Architectural Oversight:

  Review and validate layouts, sale drawings, working drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure dimensional accuracy, area calculations, material standards, and interface with building services. Maintain drawing records in line with ISO requirements.

• Analytical & Feasibility Studies:

  Perform area calculations, conduct feasibility checks, and provide design-related inputs during concept development, project budgeting, and value engineering exercises.

• Site Interface:

  Support execution teams by ensuring approved designs are implemented correctly on-site, resolving architectural discrepancies, and aligning construction with design intent.

• Green Building Coordination:

  Coordinate with sustainability consultants, IGBC/GRIHA auditors, and design teams to integrate green building principles, energy efficiency, and sustainable materials into project designs. Ensure compliance with green certification requirements.

• Regulatory Compliance:

  Ensure all architectural work complies with statutory norms, local municipal guidelines, environmental clearances (MOEF), and national standards.

• Design Quality & Innovation:

  Advocate best practices in design, incorporating sustainability, customer-centric layouts, and innovative solutions to enhance livability, functionality, and market appeal.
