Role & responsibilities Dealer Appointment & Expansion: Identify, appoint, and manage new dealers across multiple states to strengthen the EV distribution network. Dealer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with dealers, ensuring smooth operations, sales growth, and effective communication. Sales Promotion: Drive and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote new electric vehicle models, both in dealer showrooms and through field campaigns. Event Management: Represent the company in trade fairs and promotional events; deliver strong product presentations to customers, dealers, and stakeholders. Market Networking: Utilize strong industry contacts to expand reach, enhance brand positioning, and increase sales opportunities in the EV sector. Performance Tracking: Monitor dealer performance, sales targets, and market feedback to ensure steady growth. Preferred candidate profile Key Requirements: Proven experience in dealer development, sales, or marketing (preferably in the automobile/EV industry). Excellent networking and contacts within the automobile or EV market. Strong communication and presentation skills to explain and promote products effectively in events and meetings. Willingness to travel extensively across multiple states. Ability to plan, execute, and monitor event management & promotional campaigns . Graduate/MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.
