• Oversee content creation, including copywriting for various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and website content.
• Utilise SEO techniques to optimise website content and improve search engine rankings using tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, social media channels, and WordPress websites.
• Analyse campaign performance data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for optimisation using analysis skills and organisational tools like Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with external agencies or vendors for specialised projects such as graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or website development.
• Monitor industry trends to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and competitive.
• Organise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met through effective time management and project management skills.
• Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate campaign results and strategic plans to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven management experience in a marketing environment, with strong leadership skills.
• Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), email marketing tools, and social media management platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making.
• Experience in B2B marketing is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of IT systems relevant to digital marketing activities.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities with attention to detail and organisational efficiency.
