We are hiring a Marketing Manager

 

Experience: 10+ years' experience in brand marketing for brands of global scale.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or Creative Social Sciences, MBA

Industry Type: Software Development

CTC: It will be dependent on individual skill and technical round.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms as a brand and product

     
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of global consumer campaigns across media, partnerships, experiential, editorial and creative.

     
  • Influence and shape product strategies, positioning and narratives through the use of data and insights for target audiences in close collaboration with research, product, communication and policy.

     
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies including goals, metrics for success, asset development and integrated launch planning with cross functional partners.

     
  • Partner with brand and integrated marketing on outbound marketing and advertising strategies and programs to drive awareness, adoption and long-term engagement

     
  • Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset, and create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving those problems

     
  • Direct experience in Product Marketing, partnering closely with Product teams

     
  • Experience with product launches and consumer campaigns

     
  • Experience working with a variety of internal teams and external stakeholders to understand and solve problems

     
  • Experience developing and driving analytically rigorous online and offline marketing campaigns

     
  • Lead the development of campaigns and go-to-market strategy for our global brand

     
  • campaigns and tentpole moments - that meets our short and long-term business goals.

     
  • Drive the global-to-local strategy and operational processes to ensure we are set up for success in delivering local consumer marketing brand plans and campaigns.

     
  • Inform our overall global brand strategy based on the performance of media, creative and media landscape in key markets.

     
  • Partner closely with the teams listed below to identify opportunities and deliver integrated marketing campaigns: Product Marketing, Consumer Insights, Decision Science, Communications, Planning and Media investment, Creative X (In-house Creative and Production Agency), Media and Advertising Agencies, Growth Marketing and Product Management.

     
  • Track performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns, find new opportunity areas, and report success to leadership.

     
  • Work with a growing team of Brand Strategists, Integrated Marketers, Social & Communication teams to deliver on business priorities.

     
  • Interest for consumers, with demonstrated experience utilizing consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to develop marketing strategies and plans.

     
  • Inform our overall global brand strategy based on the performance of media, creative and media landscape in key markets.

  • A track record in developing compelling consumer communication.

     
  • Experience working with international markets on global brands.

     
  • Experience developing teams and organizations.

     
  • Demonstrated experience in building teams, influencing cross-functional teams.

     
  • Experience in leading and communication, with demonstrated talent at building

     
  • Collaborative partnerships with product partners and other cross-functional teams.

     
  • Experience influencing effectively cross-functionally across all levels of management.

     
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns at the same time and working with many different internal and external teams to ensure we are launching our programs seamlessly, and to the highest impact.
