Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and well-connected Relationship & Marketing Manager to strengthen our presence with banks and financial institutions, drive business sourcing, and manage key client relationships. The role requires strong communication skills, field exposure, and the ability to independently generate and close business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions Attend business meetings with bankers, credit teams, and institutional clients Source new business for due diligence, project finance, and related services Conduct regular follow-ups and calling with banks and financial institutions Arrange and attend client meetings for business development and retention Promote company services through meetings, presentations, and networking Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sourced business Maintain MIS, reporting, and pipeline tracking of business leads Eligibility & Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Marketing, Management, or related field 2–6 years of experience in relationship management, banking liaison, or B2B marketing Prior exposure to banks, NBFCs, or financial services preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel extensively for meetings and fieldwork Self-driven, result-oriented, and professional in approach What We Offer: Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives Opportunity to work directly with senior management Strong learning exposure in banking, finance, and consulting domain Growth-oriented and professional work environment How to Apply: Interested candidates may share their CV at dd@acumen4u.in Subject Line: Application – Relationship & Marketing Manager
