About Company Aakaar Medical Technologies is a leading distributor of laser, light-based radio frequency and ultrasound devices for aesthetics and other derma equipments. Aakaar is into distribution of professional range of skincare, hair care products and peels as well. Responsibilities Increase the market share and prescriber base for the brand Developing and executing marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors. Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction. Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, and research and development appropriations. Coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers. Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product Distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies. Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color, and packaging. Compile lists describing product or service offerings. Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers to market products and services. Analyze market research studies and analyze their findings. Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand. Drive sales through continuous follow ups and execution of marketing strategy To participate and organize the domestic as well as international Conference, Workshop, MICA and in the Dr’s Training wherever is required. Qualifications B. Pharma /M. Pharma & MBA Marketing 5+ years' experience in marketing Ability to multi-task Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Location - Andheri East, Mumbai.
